Our operations are housed in a modern 100,000 square foot facility. Our equipment are all recent high speed servo-driven technology. We extrude and convert 400 tons of material monthly. All goods produced are subject to a strict quality control system. We also offer a robust inventory management system ensuring just in time deliveries.
Extrusion
Omniplast produces industrial films made to improve your packaging machine performances.
All our films are recyclable and contain post-consumer resins (PCR).
Pre-press
We use a Multi -SKU management system helping track your item’s latest version and updates.
Printing plates and artwork proofs are stored in a secured and protected environment to garanty the shelf life of the products.
Flexo-printing
Up to 8 colors, 65-inch width and 48-inch repeat.
High quality HD printing under delta 2 for consistency and repeatability.
We offer a variety of varnishes for scratch resistance, and we supply UV protected films for outdoor applications.
